Construction steps

According to the actual situation of the equipment base, select the corresponding grouting method: Due to its good flow performance, under normal circumstances, grouting can be done by the self-weight method, that is, the slurry is poured directly from the formwork opening, completely relying on The grout will level by itself and fill the entire grouting space. If the grouting area is large, the structure is particularly complex, or the space is small and far away, high funnel grouting or pressure grouting can be used to ensure that the grout can be fully filled. . Formwork support: Set up the formwork according to the determined grouting method and grouting construction drawings. The positioning elevation of the formwork should be at least higher than the upper surface of the equipment base. ) When grouting the foundation of equipment whose grouting layer is thicker than the large volume, you can add stones according to the total ratio: when mixing the grouting material, but it needs to be tested to determine whether its groutability can meet the requirements.
